How we calculate

Area to Volume
Surface area (m²) × board thickness (m) = net volume in m³. This gives the theoretical wood needed before any cutting loss.

Cutting Allowance
Real projects lose material to offcuts. Flooring typically 10–15%, structural as little as 5%. CNC pre-cut orders can use the Low setting.

Price Range
Retail indicative rates, ex-works Estonia. The ±7–8% range reflects grade variation. B2B trade accounts receive wholesale pricing.
