We collect: (a) Account data — name, email, company name, VAT number, phone, delivery addresses; (b) Transaction data — order history, quotations, payment method type (we do not store full card numbers); (c) Usage data — pages visited, session duration, browser/device type via analytics.

We use your data to: process orders and quotations; communicate about your account; send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates); improve our services; comply with legal obligations (VAT, customs, EUTR). We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

Processing is based on: contract performance (order fulfilment); legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement); legal obligation (tax records); and consent (marketing emails — you may withdraw consent at any time).

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active plus 7 years for tax/legal compliance. Transaction records are retained for 7 years. You may request deletion of non-mandatory data at any time.

We use: Firebase Authentication (Google LLC) for sign-in; Resend for transactional email; Stripe / PayPal for payment processing; Vercel for hosting. Each provider has their own privacy policy and complies with GDPR/SCCs where applicable.
