1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Penghui China Wood website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. Wholesale pricing is available exclusively to approved B2B trade account holders.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment or approved credit terms. We accept Stripe (credit/debit card) and PayPal. B2B orders may be subject to NET 30 / NET 60 payment terms as agreed in your trade account.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to 30+ countries across Europe. Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

B2C customers may return unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. B2B returns are subject to individual trade agreement terms. Custom-cut or specially ordered products cannot be returned.

6. FSC® & Certification Claims

FSC® certified products are clearly labelled. Chain-of-custody documentation is available on request. Penghui China Wood holds FSC® licence [licence number pending]. CE marking applies to structural products tested to applicable EN standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Penghui China Wood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
